Privacy statement
Last updated: 20 July 2026.
Taxcasa handles personal data with care. This privacy statement explains which data we process when you contact us or request a property valuation.
Who is responsible?
Taxcasa is a registered trade name of a sole proprietorship and is responsible for processing personal data through this website.
The business also trades as Veth Makelaardij and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 24399465, establishment number 000006355056. Our visiting address is Werf van Gips 318, 3313 DD Dordrecht. Email info@taxcasa.nl with privacy questions.
Which data do we process?
Through the contact and valuation forms, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, address, information about the property to be valued and the content of your message. You may provide similar information by phone or email.
Why do we process this data?
We use this data to answer your question, assess a request, contact you and—if you instruct us—to provide the agreed service. Processing is necessary for contact before a possible agreement, to perform an agreement or for our legitimate interest in handling requests safely and carefully.
Who receives your data?
We do not sell your data. We use service providers for hosting, form processing and email, including Netlify. We make agreements with these parties about processing and securing personal data. If you instruct us, data may be shared with parties required for the valuation or due to a legal obligation.
How long do we retain data?
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. Data from individual questions and requests is deleted when further follow-up is no longer needed. If you instruct us, file and administration data may be retained longer where a legal or professional retention period applies.
Cookies and conversion measurement
This website uses the Google tag only to measure whether a visit from a Google ad leads to a successfully submitted contact or valuation form. All consent signals are denied by default. If you choose ‘Accept all’, Google Ads may use cookies or similar storage for conversion attribution. Advertising personalisation and general website analytics remain disabled.
Taxcasa does not send completed form fields or Enhanced Conversions data to Google. If you choose ‘Necessary only’, Consent Mode v2 may send cookieless measurement signals only. You can change your choice at any time through ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page.
Your privacy rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Depending on the situation, you may also object, ask us to restrict processing or request data portability. Email info@taxcasa.nl. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
